About this Webinar:

Beginning in 2026, MCPs are required to host a quarterly Office Hours webinar for eligible LTC Network Providers to share updates on LTC-related policies and procedures and address provider questions on topics such as payment and coverage, claims processing, provider resolution processes, and care management.

Webinars must allow live provider participation and Q&A by phone and/or web conference. MCPs must notify providers and post webinar details and joining instructions on a public website at least 30 days in advance. Additional guidance may be issued by DHCS regarding webinar timing, content, and duration.

Training Objectives:

1. Identify key LTC policies and procedures impacting network providers.

2. Describe MCP requirements for quarterly LTC Office Hours webinars.

3. Recognize updates related to payment, claims, provider resolution, and care management processes.

4. Apply webinar information and resources to support compliance with LTC program requirements.

5. Engage in live Q&A to clarify LTC policy and operational questions.
