Updated Medi-Cal Member ID Cards for Some of Our Members

We want to let you know that there was an error on some of our Member ID Cards. The PCP phone number was incorrect. If you are impacted, you will get a new Member ID Card in the mail. Please discard your prior Member ID Card and keep the new card for your use.
